戴松元,1967年生,男。华北电力大学教授、博士生导师、可再生学院院长、“新型薄膜太阳电池”北京市重点实验室主任、“万人计划”入选者、享受“国务院政府特殊津贴”。担任2006-2010年和2011-2015年两项国家重点基础研究规划项目(973项目)首席科学家,国家重点研发计划首席科学家。担任国家科学技术奖评审专家;中国科学院能源研究委员会委员;中国科学院新型薄膜太阳电池重点实验室室学术委员会委员;江苏省(尚德)光伏技术委员会技术委员;上海大学-索朗光伏材料与器件联合实验室学术与技术委员;山东省化学储能与新型电池技术重点实验室学术委员会副主任;安徽省纳米材料及应用工程技术研究中心工程技术委员会委员;安徽省纳米材料与技术重点实验室学术委员会委员;安徽大学、温州大学兼职教授;中国可再生能源学会理事;安徽省新能源协会副会长;《太阳能学报》、《太阳能》、《化学进展》期刊编委;国家863、973、自然科学基金、留学回国人员科研启动基金等项目的评审专家;担任多个国际期刊的审稿人。近五年在本领域权威国际学术期刊上共发表论文200余篇,SCI他引共1138次,获得专利授权18项(其中发明专利15项)。2009年,被选举为新一任的IPS国际组织委员会委员(2010-2016年)和亚太地区DSC&OPV国际委员会委员(2010年-至今)。近5年内在9个国家和地区举办的多场大型国际学术会议上做特邀报告16次。2012年,获得中国可再生能源学会颁发的“中国光伏成就奖”荣誉(每年评选1人)。作为大会主席承办第22届光化学转换及太阳能储存国际会议,该会议是在光电化学领域极具权威的国际会议。
